Snyderville Basin Area
Redstone and Newpark featuring retail, office, hotel, and residential componants and a major public recreational complex provide a hub for this area at Kimball Junction, the Factory Outlet stores, the Utah Olympic Park and the Summit County Library are important additions to the area.
A second commercial area Quarry Village is located at the entrance to the Pinebrook residential area and is close to the Ecker Hill Middle School and the Jeremy Ranch Elementary School.
Residential neighborhoods include Ranch Place, Snyders Mill, Nothshore, Old Ranch Road adn Quarry Mountain Ranch. The Parleys Park Elementary School is located between Northshore and Snyders Mill. Between Kimball Junction and Quinns Junction on the road to Heber.
